They are especially suitable for businesses that already have a website but need stronger visibility, clearer messaging and more consistent content.

Are these website redesign packages?

No. The standard Core, Accelerator and Professional plans are not full website redesign packages.

They focus on brand awareness, SEO, AEO, social media content, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, reporting and practical improvements to your existing digital presence.

A website redesign can be added to any programme for an additional £200 per month, subject to agreed scope.

Can I include a website redesign within my retainer?

Yes. A website redesign can be added to any Brand Awareness Strategy Programme for an additional £200 per month.

This means:

Core becomes £700 per month
Accelerator becomes £950 per month
Professional becomes £1,200 per month

The redesign work is scoped in advance and delivered across the same 12-month programme timeframe.

What is included in the Core Foundation Action Plan?

The Core Foundation Action Plan includes an SEO/AEO starter audit, GA4 and Google Search Console setup or review, basic conversion tracking, existing website care, brand consistency review, social templates, 2 social posts per week, 2 articles per month, monthly SEO/AEO improvements and monthly reporting.

It is designed for entrepreneurs, start-ups and owner-operated businesses that need stronger foundations and consistent visibility.

What is included in the Accelerator Action Plan?

The Accelerator Action Plan includes everything in Core, plus an expanded SEO/AEO audit, content gap review, LinkedIn profile and Company Page optimisation, 3 social posts per week, 2 longform articles per month, monthly on-page SEO/AEO improvements, Google Business Profile review and monthly improvement actions.

It is designed for consultants, service businesses and growing organisations that want stronger authority and a better enquiry pathway.

What is included in the Professional Action Plan?

The Professional Action Plan includes everything in Core and Accelerator, plus a comprehensive website, UX, messaging, SEO, AEO and competitor audit, 4 social posts per week, 3 website or blog articles per month, 2 LinkedIn longform articles per month, advanced SEO/AEO improvements, quarterly competitor analysis, a monthly strategy call and monthly scorecard reporting.

What is AEO?

AEO stands for Answer Engine Optimisation. It focuses on making your business easier for AI-driven tools, answer engines, featured snippets and voice-style searches to understand, summarise and recommend.

AEO work may include question-led content, concise answer blocks, FAQ sections, clearer service descriptions, entity signals, comparison content and schema recommendations.

Why do I need both SEO and AEO?

Search behaviour is changing. People still use Google, but they also use AI tools, featured snippets, voice search, social search and answer engines.

SEO helps your business appear in traditional search results. AEO helps your business become clearer and more useful to AI-driven search and answer platforms.

Together, they improve how your business is found, understood and trusted online.

Which platforms are included?

The platforms included depend on the programme selected, but may include your website, Google Search Console, GA4, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, blog, and agreed social media platforms.

Core includes repurposing across up to 2 platforms.
Accelerator includes repurposing across up to 3 platforms.
Professional includes repurposing across up to 4 platforms.

Is LinkedIn management included?

Yes. LinkedIn content support is included across the programmes.

The Accelerator and Professional plans include stronger LinkedIn optimisation, such as profile improvement, Company Page optimisation, positioning, services, calls to action and content direction.

Is Google Business Profile management included?

Google Business Profile review and improvement actions are included where relevant, particularly in the Accelerator and Professional plans.

This may include reviewing categories, services, posts, photos, review prompts and local search visibility opportunities.

How long is the programme?

Each Brand Awareness Strategy Programme runs over 12 months.

This allows enough time to audit your existing position, build foundations, create consistent content, test messaging, improve search visibility and refine performance over time.

Why is this a 12-month programme?

No. Monks Media does not promise overnight rankings, instant leads or guaranteed enquiries.

Search performance depends on many factors, including competition, website health, content quality, technical access, market demand and how quickly recommendations can be implemented.

The goal is to build consistent, measurable improvement over time.

What results can I realistically expect?

You can expect clearer messaging, stronger first impressions, better content consistency, improved visibility across search and social platforms, stronger LinkedIn and Google Business positioning, a growing content library and better monthly reporting.

Do I own the content created for my business?

Yes. Your website, domain, content and brand assets remain yours.

Content created for your business as part of the programme belongs to you, subject to agreed payment terms and any separately licensed third-party assets.

Do you provide stock imagery?

Stock imagery may be used where suitable.

Premium licensed imagery, photography, video production or specialist creative assets may be billed separately if required.

Are revisions included?

Yes. Revisions are included within fair-use limits and agreed content approval processes.

Content is usually produced and scheduled in fortnightly or monthly batches to keep delivery structured and efficient.

What do you need from me to get started?

Monks Media will need a completed onboarding form, access to your website, analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile and agreed social media channels.

You should also provide brand assets, existing content, photography, logos, tone of voice guidance and any important business information that helps represent your organisation accurately.

Can I add extra services?

Yes. Additional services can be added, including website redesign, new pages, paid advertising, ecommerce, automation, advanced design, photography, video, podcast production, editing, publication and bespoke development.

These can be quoted separately or included as part of an agreed enhanced retainer.

Is paid advertising included?

No. Paid advertising is not included as standard.

Paid ads strategy, setup, management, creative, landing pages and campaign reporting can be quoted separately if required.

Is ecommerce included?

No. Ecommerce development, product uploads, payment integrations, stock systems, advanced functionality and bespoke ecommerce support are not included as standard.

These services can be quoted separately depending on the scope of the project.

Is website maintenance included?

Yes, basic existing website care is included where relevant and where access allows.

This may include updates, backups, SSL checks, plugin or theme checks and minor content or SEO edits within fair-use limits.

What does “fair use” mean?

Fair use means that reasonable monthly improvements, edits and support are included within the scope of the selected programme.

Large-scale development, major redesigns, complex integrations, ecommerce functionality, bespoke automation, advanced technical builds and work outside the agreed monthly scope may require a separate quotation.

Can I change programme during the 12 months?

In many cases, yes. A business may move to a higher level of support if its needs grow.

Any change to the programme, pricing or scope should be agreed in writing before the new level of work begins.

Choose Core if you need stronger foundations and consistent visibility.

Choose Accelerator if you want more authority, stronger LinkedIn positioning and a better enquiry pathway.

Choose Professional if you want Monks Media to act as your outsourced digital partner across visibility, content, optimisation, reporting and strategy.

How much do the programmes cost?

Core Foundation Action Plan: £500 per month
Accelerator Action Plan: £750 per month
Professional Action Plan: £1,000 per month

Website redesign support can be added to any plan for an additional £200 per month.

How much does each plan cost with website redesign support?

Core with website redesign support: £700 per month

How do I pay?

A monthly direct debit is set up before your programme begins.
